Squish privacy policy

Squish is built so that your documents never leave your device.

• No data collection. Squish does not collect, store or transmit any personal data, documents, photos or usage analytics.
• On-device processing. Scanning, importing and compressing happen entirely on your iPhone or iPad. Squish never uploads your files to any server.
• No account. Squish does not ask you to sign in or create an account.
• No tracking or ads. Squish contains no third-party SDKs, advertising or tracking.
• Camera and Photos. Squish uses the camera only when you tap “Scan a document”, and reads only the photos you pick.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Squish never sees your payment details.
• Local files. Squish keeps your 3 most recent results on your device so you can share them again. Delete them from the Recent list at any time, or delete the app to remove everything.

Feedback

“Send feedback” in Settings opens your Mail app with a new message to us. It pre-fills the app version, your iOS version and whether you are on an iPhone or iPad, so we can reproduce problems. Nothing else is included and no file is attached. You can delete any of it before sending.

This website

This website has no cookies, analytics or trackers. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses to keep its service secure.
